”A very nice and clean residence hotel in a convenient location for visitors.”

”We had a few issues with the boo”

”The building look new but interior paint work and door, wall, look old. Lighting very not bright. Beds are all tatami style, very inconvenient for elderly people. Also bed go mites cover yellowish....”

”WARNING: SMELLY, DIRTY AND DISGUSTING ROOMS! SCAMMERS! The listing does not tell you that your check-in desk is actually a car inside a parking lot on the third floor! I know it’s hard to believe, but that’s the truth! Very difficult to find as well. Also, after the so-called check in, you need to walk through the parking lot go to the seventh floor, then walk through an open area to a different building. Each of those steps, you have to wait very long for the very dirty elevators also...

”Expedia response is not accurate. When message property they do not response. No proactive action of them informing on the check in procedure. Only when I whatapps using the contact number stated in Expedia, that number is for Penang. Only then they direct me to their Johor number. The unit I stayed in, toilet stinks, probably due to drainage issues.”

”First time stay. A little far out but pleasant location. Odd smell permeated the whole apartment. Lots of stray hairs on the floor. Microwave not working. Remote controls all have dead batteries. Sofa was dirty. TV connection extremely bad - "blizzard screen". Beds were comfortable and view out into the sea was fabulous. ”

”Will be coming back next year been here since 2023 till 2025. Awesome place & the owner very easy to communicate with her too thanks.”

”Cancelled my reservation last minute even though the payment was made and the money were taken out of my bank account I stayed in the streets with my two kids at 1:00 am midnight and we had no where to go Luckily expedia contacted with and managed to get me my money So over all it was terrible 👎”

”It is not the problem of the house, it should be the problem coming from the building. The bad smell coming from the pipe”

”Clean place but only one parking lot”

”We arrived and asked what our unit number and the password were but we had no idea because the property never sent us an email which they were supposed to beforehand. It took 30-40 min to figure out when we were very tired from the trip & Legoland. They never apologized.”

”Amazing place to stay. ”
