”I was made to wait over 8 hours to check in only to be told my booking had been cancelled for an unknown reason.
I booked again on 2 other sites & had confirmation but still I was unable to check in.
This place is a shambles & I would not stay there even if I was paid to.
AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

”This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay.”

”Our check-in experience was pleasant and our stay in the apartment was great, thanks to Wendy and Jason who were extremely helpful and provided all the information we needed. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, clean and well-equipped.
