”Wife and I both got food poisoning from the breakfast. One morning at 8 am someone from staff just barged in to the room even though DND sign was on door. Freaked us out, person ran from the room quick when he realized it was occupied. Hot water was out for two days. ”

”Like the room we get on the 4th floor. Staff is always friendly and helpful. As well as the maid service.. very nice and accommodating.
Everything was excellent and on time.. one thing..the lighting in the bathroom is not that great..wish that could be better..but not a deal breaker..or the full length mirror should have a light on it.. as well.. otherwise fantastic stay..we stay here twice a year!!!”

”Had a great stay at Omni San Diego! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay.
The only downside was the service from some of the staff, particularly at the front desk. It seemed that whenever we asked a question, the answer was immediately “no,” and there was little effort made to be helpful or provide additional information. Even when it felt like they could have assisted, they didn’t seem very willing to do so.

”The positive was the room seemed clean. However, the mattress on the bed was like a plywood board. The toilet paper practically fell apart in your hand before you were able to use it. They also charge $9 to park your car. I left my truck in the lot next door as I paid for a fishing trip until the next day. Wouldn't stay there again.”

”This is a good property for the price. The hotel is outdated and needs small repairs. The rooms are small. The breakfast was not good to me but my husband liked it, I am not a fan of fake eggs and all the cereal was boring basics. The thing I loved was the cleaning staff!! They were amazing!! Always said hi and smiled, even front desk didn’t do that! There is no food within walking distance, it is 15 - 20 minutes from the beach.”
