”Check-in was easy. They offered an upsell, but the upgraded rooms were not ready, so I stayed at the regular rate.
The room was clean, and the view of the bay was very nice. The restaurants were convenient, and although the casino was slow, the staff and dealers made the experience comfortable.
My only complaint is the same issue I have with many hotels in New Jersey. The property is non-smoking, but the smell of weed in the hallways was annoying.”

”Very disappointed with my stay at Showboat. The carpets throughout the hallways looked filthy, and the chair in my room was extremely stained. Overall, it appeared that housekeeping simply made the beds rather than actually cleaning the room. The cleanliness standards were far below what I expected from a hotel. To make matters worse, the beds were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I would not stay here again based on my experience.”
