”There’s a lot to unpack but I will say that on short notice it was a pleasant stay. The property itself is older but well maintained. We didn’t have any real needs so our interaction with the property crew was only say good morning. I liked the parking situation as you can park underneath and keep your car cool. My main objection is the room picture is misleading. The room was small. Even for just two people. The kitchenette was well appointed but not capable of making more than eggs and...

”The lobby was messy, with clutter all over the property. The bathroom towels were stained and the bathroom and sink area was not well cleaned. There were a lot of random “hairs” all over the tub, a hairball on the floor in the bathroom and the drain in the shower didn’t work so was forced to stand in a tub full of dirty water in the shower. The tv didn’t work at all. Very disappointing - the rooms did appear to be recently renovated but the lack of proper cleaning was disappointing.”

”The room was clean but the refrigerator in the room made loud noises all night and there was loud music and partying happening right outside of our room until about 1am. There is no staff on the premezis (like a front desk or anything) so having to wait until 4pm on the dot to check in or needing anything was difficult. Also crazy to pay what we did for the room and not have parking or be reimbursed for parking.”

”The hotel is dated. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioner is a wall unit that is located next to one of the beds. Room is provided microwave and small refrigerator. Parking lot is tight but additional parking is provided nearby.”

”Very clean, short walk to beach, adequate parking. Nice wrap around porch to sit and look out towards ocean. Nice pool, also. Rooms very quiet.”

”The rooms are very clean. Great location as it is very close to the beach and several restaurants and shopping district. Very spacious suites/rooms. I’ve always been impressed with Biscayne Suites each time I’ve stayed here.”

”The location is right off the boardwalk. There was some noise from the amusement rides next store but the bedroom was on the opposite side from the rides. Big room with comfy bed. Elevator broke on checkout day. Not a lot of travel to rooms with chairs and guest leaving stuff outside of the rooms.”

”This was a great little place for our one night stay. The free parking was a big plus. Clean, modern bathroom. We would stay again!”
