”This is an old property but the room was clean, spacious, had a fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable and we had what we needed. The woman who runs the place was helpful and pleasant. ”

”The smoke detecter went off while I was in shower. I had to put pajamas and go out to front desk. She call for someone and no one came. The manager never called back when I was told she would call. Unacceptable for the huge price”

”The hotel is just really not clean. It was a quick stay so I didn’t bother asking for a new room. My tub had hair in it, my rug in my room was ripped really bad. ”

”Enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard Marriott Rye. The staff was nice a and very helpful. The room was great. Will definitely stay here again. ”

”The staff was friendly. The spa was quaint and the massage was excellent. The jacuzzi was not functioning and there were no robes in the room. Over all the we had a nice one night stay. They comped a free dunk at the bar. I recommend having other food options or opening the restaurant earlier.”

”If you are looking for a quick and easy place to stay this will work. Room was dirty, beds were hard and pillows are like sleeping on a telephone book. Bathroom was ok- it got the job done. Shower didn’t have a light in it so it was very dark but the water pressure was amazing and I could not run it out of hot water. ”

”It was the worst experience of my life. A pipe froze burst they needed to ship us to a different location. We received nothing in return for the trouble that we went through and the management was mean and nasty.”

”This hotel is ultra modern, with buttons galore for controlling everything from the shades, to the toilet. (Yes, it’s electronic.). I’m very tech savvy so this wasn’t daunting. The problem is that some of the tech was broken. Lights didn’t work in the first bathroom, so we had to relocate rooms. Then the TV remote was completely inoperable (no batteries?) in the second room. That’s too bad, as it took away from what could have otherwise been a premium experience. ”
