”Checked in late at night. My room had a soiled bed. Went down to the reception to inform the front desk staff - not sure he believed me. Came down again after half hour requesting clean sheets again. He sent sent security with a set of bedding. Showed him the soiled sheets and he went to get a second set of bedding (2 queen bed room).
