”Hotel was locked and nobody at the front desk at 11.10pm. Nobody told us we had to go to a different hotel to get the keys.”

”Overall, the hotel was okay, but check-in was frustrating. When we arrived, they told us they were overbooked and that there were no rooms available, which was really stressful after driving all the way there. Thankfully, they eventually accommodated us with a room and later switched us into another one, but the process was confusing and definitely not smooth. ”Security Officer Karen helped out a WHOLE lot on our trip. She told us all about the Jitney ,places to eat, amenities of the hotel and casino and greeted us with every passing moment. Her customer service was excellent.”
