” Reception, the receptionists are more interested in their mobile phones than greeting the clients. Some of them are outside smoking and there is no one in the reception. Elevators, all food etc. are transported with clientes and that’s why the elevators smells bad. Room cards/gym cards , never endless story. Room was clean and nice but there isn't anything special. Location of the hotel is good if you are into Hamra. We like traveling after good food and we didn't find that many restaurants that we like close to this hotel. Also if you are into shopping they is some stores in Hamra but you can find better shopping elsewhere. We will...
