”The good: Room was clean; loved the shower; great shampoo & conditioner The not so good: There was no butter for the toast, English Muffins, etc.; there wasn't an extra roll of toilet paper in the room; the check-in clerk was not very friendly. I didn't like the way the side snack room was set up. Not the fault of the hotel, but the Bayfront Parkway is under construction and I had a terrible time following the detour back to the hotel in the dark.”

”The room was perfect for our family. We had a great view of the bay and also the construction on the bayfront (perfect for a toddler!). The location is great because you can walk to basically anything on the bay and also downtown if you want a longer walk up State or French Streets”

”Nobody at reception. I arrived at 9:15 pm and check in suppose to be until 12:00.Never got my room. I had to pay for another room somewhere else. ”

”Front staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Suite was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 separate bedrooms and a pull-out couch. Walking distance to mall and lots of shopping. Breakfast was decent (typical free hotel breakfast) and well-stocked. Pool area was nice and clean as well. ”

”My husband and I fell upon this property for a one night stay on our trip home from Florida. The price was excellent and the property was equal to a Hampton Inn . The staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast room was warm and inviting and breakfast was full of good choices and delicious. Our room was spacious , clean and up to date. I highly recommend this property!”

”Cleaning lady was horrible and rude was banging on the door demanding that we leave sooner than we were supposed to check out so that she can clean the room was really really upset. We were also charged $30 extra just to check in in an hour and a half early. This is one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.”

”Rooms next to thw pool shouldn't be rented when there is a large ground or people throwing a birthday party. The noise was terrible! We heard it over the hot tub and the tv. The gusts having the party were then roomed above us so when the pool closed the noise was over our heads”
