”We were put in a room that was near a beer garden that had live music at night. It ruined what would’ve been a great experience. We checked out early and lost our remaining days because of it. I need sleep and would’ve taken another room but the hotel was booked with graduate students and their families. This place is more designed for people who want to party. The room was excellent otherwise. I just hate losing money over a thing like noise.”

”We were in a handicapped accessible suite with a kitchenette. Handicapped parking was right outside the room, a big bonus. The room was very clean but slightly worn. The staff were very helpful. We were in town for a family graduation and ended up renting the party room for family to gather after the event. It worked out beautifully. I am very grateful to the front desk personnel who offered the use of the room and helped me set everything up.! We really enjoyed the extra space and plan...

”The room was nice and clean but much smaller than I expected. Would have been nice if the TV was mounted on the wall so I could actually use the desk in the room. The breakfast was dreadful. Muffins were stale and the orange juice was going bad. Not impressed.”

”The room was clean, but the bathrooms could use a little updating. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Air conditioning worked very well to keep the room comfortable. Breakfast was good as well, with lots of food available. We would recommend this hotel for your next stay in the Erie area.”

”Room had an odd smell but otherwise was sparklingly clean. Maybe there was wet carpet somewhere in the room or something. However after the air ran for awhile it dissipated. The housekeeping staff is seriously top notch. I have not stayed in a hotel room this clean in years. I am so appreciative. It was a simple room but an excellent price, is clean and has all the basics. Can’t do better than that. Good management and hardworking staff. Kudos”

”Excellent check in experience. Front desk attendant goes over and above. Clean rooms, good parking lot. Hot tea and coffee always available in lobby. No complaints, had a wonderful stay.”

”Hotel was ok for a quick night stay. Was clean enough and felt safe. Desk attendants checked us in and upon going to the room we entered to a room that was occupied and full of personal belongings and a dog. We had to return to be assigned a new room but this is unacceptable and unsafe! We also were not offered any form of breakfast even though it said it was included with the stay.”

”We had a great stay! Staff were very friendly and we bought the breakfast deal- well worth the 5$!!! Each person gets to order from the menu and the servings were plenty and hot!! This was my second stay because the first was great too!”

”This place was disgusting. It smelled like cigarettes and weed the moment we walked in. There was a worm (live) on the bathroom floor. Two men followed us down the hall and tried to look in our room as we opened the door. We checked out regardless of whether or not we are going to get a refund.”

”There was no type of breakfast as stated including no coffee. Pillows were completely flat with hardly any stuffing. Asked for 3 more and kindly brought 3 decent ones. Room had carpet and not laminate flooring as stated. AC was not needed it was a cooler day. Shower was decent but only half dollar size soap discs . ”
