”We had a great stay here. Would definitely stay here again. I didn’t had high hopes for a motel but it was extremely clean and cozy. The pool and hot tub were much needed after travel and hiking and were very clean. I didn’t realize there was some light breakfast in the lobby which was a nice surprise. A resident cat roams the property which was a plus for me but he won’t bother you unless you seek him out”

”Parking area near our room was ample, but tight. We had use of a coffeemaker, Roku tv, refrigerator, & hair dryer. There were plenty of pillows and electrical outlets. The particular thing we noticed that the carpet seemed in need of a deep clean. When walking around the room, our feet got dirty. When we wet them & wiped them on the towel rug by the shower, we could see the physical dirt left. (we wore socks & sneakers all day). Very low key & polite folks working there. ”

”Breakfast was okay—pretty generic. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was nice, although the heater worked the first day and not the second. A nice bonus was the free sauna and cold plunge, which we really enjoyed and thought was a great added feature. The location is about 10 minutes from downtown Sedona, so if you don’t want to rent a car, I would recommend staying downtown instead. ”Our stay was wonderful—the property was lovely and the staff were great. We stayed three nights but were only able to enjoy breakfast once (and it was very good). Unfortunately, the breakfast hours of 8:00–9:30 AM weren’t ideal for sightseeing, as most tours begin at 8:00 AM, making it difficult to take advantage of breakfast during our stay.”

”Our hotel room was below grade. Because we booked through Expedia they would not move it. Averaged $500 a night so unacceptable. Trails right out back but completely inaccessible due to property being entirely fenced in. Not even sure how you would get out if there were an emergency. ”We had probably the best studio room (302) of the whole resort! It was a bit on the side from other more "generic" rooms/buildings, and our patio extented to a secluded barbeque area. The room even had its own parking spot. It really had an exclusive feel, perfect for a romantic set, and we especially enjoyed the fact that we could have some cold beer from our fridge and other items from Safeway (~3miles away) to do bbq. Washing dishes was a bit hard in the room and the room lacked good bbq-ing...

”We thought the room set-up could have been improved by having a desk and 2 chairs rather than a round table and 2 heavy chairs. Adding a module for 3-pronged plugs and USB cords would greatly help those of us who must use laptops and/or tablets. The hotel was convenient to everything. The common outdoor area was lovely. Sedona is a gem of a place.”

”The addressin is misleading, it leads to a locked gate, which from you cannot enter the resort. At the gate should be directions to check-in, but the box where they should have been was empty. At least there was a phone number, where you had to call to get directions to the check-in point.”

”Loved the location, tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Water pressure was great in the shower. There was a tea kettle and a refrigerator, which was great for snacks. No staff on site. Room is tiny, if you think you can fit a twin size blow up mattress, you can’t. No closet, no drawers of any kind, barely room for suitcases. Only enough parking spaces for 1 car for each room. Otherwise great room and stay. ”
