”I was very disappointed, as I booked a room in the black boy hotel, but was given a room in an outside Annexe quite a way from the hotel. Also we had to climb 3 flights of stairs with our luggage and no help. On specking with the receptionist I was informed the problem is with Expedia as they will not allow the hotel to describe the rooms correctly.”

”Staff were very good about keeping in touch in order to accommodate our late arrival time. Parking was convenient and the room facilities perfect for our needs. Despite a band playing in the bar downstairs, our room was quiet. The full Welsh breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend 👍”

”Granted, we did only give 5 hours notice of our arrival, but the room was dirty and cold on arrival. No heating in the bathroom and the window wouldn't close properly. No soap and we found dried toothpaste on the bed linen. The table was unwiped and greasy. We requested to move rooms and, as much as it was a better room, it did also have issues. No soap in the bathroom and the light was quite frankly dangerous and didn't not stay lit. We found another review which said the same thing back in...
