”We were coming from Canada and the front desk clerk would not give us our reserved room because our passports did not contain visa stamps. The clerk would not accept that Canadians travel visa free to the US. When we asked for the written policy he said it’s on the website. When we saw that it isn’t he said it was given to him verbally by management. Looks like he was making it up as he went. After 15 minutes of arguing, the riled up clerk finally checked us in. ”

”The place worked for a last minute ski trip. It was roomy and clean. The hot tub was old but hot. I think what threw me off was the conditon of the home. Parts of floors were peeling and walls needed painting to cover patch jobs. The appliances were a bit quirky (the microwave would not open after heating food and we had to unplug it). The host was responsive when we arrived to check in and the cleaning crew was still there. The location was great for skiiing. ”
