Entry area really needs painted, our bedroom could use some TLC, kitchen area needs structure, outside area in the back has lots of junk in it. Owner was very nice! Building is for sale I believe, could be reason why it's not being worked on. ”

”The Benchmark was lovely. The morning break fast was perfect. We had room 7 and the view and the deck was lovely. Room was tiny it comfortable - not much room for luggage - I was on a long trip before so I just took out what I needed and left the rest in the car. Parking is tight - we were there in offseason - so could see how that could be an issue in the summer months. P-town was fantastic as well! ”
