”Great hotel, feels recently renovated, great staff welcomed us when we joined, even though it was offseason. Price was amazing for what it was, room was great. Minor things like we couldn't get the fan to work but all and all very cozy place”

”When I checked in the staff was gone for the day and left my room key at the office mailbox. The room smelled overpoweringly of cleaning supplies and the smoke detector was chirping every minute. The property issued a refund, which I will give them credit for, but the room smelled too powerfully to stay there. Might be a better property during the tourist season when more people are staying there.”

”The Ellery is a fabulous hotel. Located just a short distance from Commercial Street, it is peaceful and quiet yet accessible to all the shops and restaurants. Paul greeted us and actually gave us a free upgrade! He really cares about the hotel and the people who stay there. He also let use a separate parking space as the other spots were taken. The hotel is beautifully decorated- the patio is very zen - although we did not get a chance to use the hot tub or sauna, they are on our list to...
