Excellent location, near everything. Hotel new, modern. Cleaning 3+. Good idea would be to have one chair in the room and also some small stand or at least few hooks in the bahtroom. Chairs in the balcony would also be nice. Service was nice, polite, no complains. Next time I can consider the same ...

Hamra Urban Gardens
Reception, the receptionists are more interested in their mobile phones than greeting the clients. Some of them are outside smoking and there is no one in the reception. Elevators, all food etc. are transported with clientes and that’s why the elevators smells bad. Room cards/gym cards , never endless ...

A good location with all the necessary services near. The staff were very kind and friendly. I would stay here again. Extra plus for aircon and wifi.

I'd have to say that this is great hotel. Rooms were ok but lobby and reception are absolutely great. Our room was big and had a separate kitchen which we didn't need. Room was clean and nice but there isn't anything special. Location of the hotel is good if you are into Hamra. We like traveling ...

Crowne Plaza Hotel Beirut by IHG
This is very average 3-star hotel to me: clean but very old and old-fashioned, very average breakfast and pool was closed. I felt safe here and service was kind in the reseption, due to old fashioned atmosphere and bit poor breakfast I do not think this is good value for the money.
