”Stayed for 1 night on our way to Scotland. Great hotel, lovely people. There’s a 24hour café next to the hotel so we had food in there. Breakfast was spot on. Great value for money ”

”Was a lovely experience staying on an overnight. All staff were just amazing. Had dinner and breakfast the next morning. The bar was well used by locals. Great atmosphere. Our room was absolutely gorgeous.”
”Unfortunately, the check-in at this hotel was one of the worst I’ve experienced. Firstly, they do not accept American Express, which was inconvenient and not clearly stated in advance. The receptionist then struggled to process my alternative card, insisting it didn’t work. I politely asked her to try again and of course, the card worked perfectly the third time, confirming it was a user error on her part.
What made the situation worse was her lack of apology or acknowledgment of the mistake....

”This was a rabbit warren of a hotel, with rooms of all shapes and sizes scattered throughout the site. We were initially given a very dark room, which was a strange shape, and a yapping dog next door; we were given a much better room when we complained.
There was a problem with the wifi connection throughout our stay, and as the mobile phone signal was poor, we had to leave the hotel to get an internet connection.
There was insufficient car parking on site and so we had to pay £10.80 per day at...
”I loved primrose cottage so much. It was just perfect for my solo trip. It really felt like a home from home, I felt so comfortable there.
The duvet and pillows were so soft and plentiful.
The Wi-Fi was great, no issues at all.
The kitchen was very well stocked, more than it needed to be but my favourite part of the stay was the shower.
It was - hands down - the most powerful shower I've ever had. Just perfect after my run on the beach
