”We often stay here when in town. We have always found the staff to be professional and customer focused and the property tidy and welcoming. Breakfast could be better but there are other options in a stones throw if you desire a more hearty breakfast.”

”Water was not hot. Walls ate very then. You can hear everything. Wa noy sure where main entrance was abd check in time is extremely late. ”

”We were surprised to find out upon our arrival that parking was not included in our stay. Apparently the lot is owned by an outside entity. Our room was fairly clean and comfortable. The breakfast left a lot to be desired.”

”The staff was top tier, and the check-in process was amazing. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, my room was not very clean. The shower still had dirt from the previous occupant. I didn’t complain because it was late at night and I was exhausted, so I just cleaned it myself. My room was also located next to the elevator and ice machine, but surprisingly I didn’t notice much noise at all. It was actually very quiet.”

”This was the worst hotel I ever went to from the beginning. It was bad first of all. I went into the room. It smelled musty I had to leave the door open as I'm walking around spraying. Lysol, I noticed how dirty the rug was and stained the rug was. I noticed the only chair in the room was dirty and stained. I made my way to the beds to spray them and the sheets on one of the beds at the head was stained. Then, I went into the bathroom to spray, and the toilet seat had urine on it. When I went...

”The room was very nice, warm and clean. Bed was comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was varied and satisfying. The staff was friendly and had a great attitude, especially considering this stay was when a blizzard hit and they were full. The manager kept a smile and had a few funny stories for us. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay.”
