”Courtyard by Marriott is clearly living in the past. Wake up and get with this century! Charging customers $5.95 per day for an upgrade to get "high-speed" internet that delivers at best 25 Mbps is ridiculous. My mobile unlimited data plan delivers 100 Mbps and Courtyard charges a fee for 25% of that performance. That's nickel-and-diming customers for an already expensive room that's at best average. Frankly, free hotel Internet delivered at 25 Mbps is not acceptable anymore. As for...

”The facility in general was well kept and clean however there was only 2 bath towels when our reservation was for 4 people. We also had asked if the room could be refreshed since we were book for 5 days and only the 1 day was it done because we had asked the front desk, therefore the garage got accumulated and the washroom sink and shower had to be used for the remaining of time unclean and with 2 teenagers is kind of hard to maintain even spending most of the day out. ”

”The room was fine, although small. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was very disappointing, especially since we had stayed at the Super 8 in Brockville the night before where the room was much nicer and the breakfast was great. In Montreal, the breakfast consisted of bread which you could toast, a choice of two cereals, some unappealing bananas and 1 apple. There were only forks to eat with - no spoons for cereal or knives for spreading anything on the toast. Brockville had bagels and yogurt...

”Perfect for a family of four. Hotel is Super clean, which made our stay really comfy. We came back from skiing, and our ski clothes got soaked in the rain. Luckily, the hotel offers complimentary laundry so everything was dry and fresh. The kitchen was great for whipping up a quick late night snack. The staff were really friendly, and the breakfast buffet was simple but tasty. Happy hour was a pleasant surprise. Loved our stay!”
