”Staff were amazing especially a lady called Suzette. She was so helpful and friendly. We did not know about having to put the card in for electric, she was so nice. Our tv had not been switched on and the plugs were hidden behind but she came to the room and did it for us. Just a lovely person and a huge asset to the Ibis. Good place to stay for shopping or concerts at the coop. Thankyou Suz for helping us out and making us feel so comfortable being able to ask about things.”

We also had issue with our Uber to the apartment as the apartment address does not come up in Google maps correctly. We had the hosts phone number by then and he graciously drove the few blocks to pick us and our luggage up and brought us to the location. ”Stayed 1 night with my daughter for a Lewis Capaldi concert at the Coop Arena hotel is 2 minute walk to Piccadilly tram. Really lovely hotel with comfy beds and lovely breakfast. The staff especially at breakfast were so lovely and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when visiting Manchester. Thank you x”
