”We stayed at the Dakota Hotel for our anniversary and while the hotel itself is undeniably stylish, there were a few disappointing aspects that didn’t match the standard being presented. ”Clean room and just what was needed for night due to concert at co op live but as we was ringing as we couldn’t sort parking they was just cutting the call off and after about 20 minutes we got an answer ”

”The hotel is really nice, the twin room we stayed in, although not as big as some, was cosy and well equipped. With a coffee machine and mini bar, a wide screen tv and a fabulous ultra modern wet room, it had everything we wanted in a hotel stay. Reception staff were very welcoming and efficient, and the bar was a small and intimate space to enjoy a drink. The only downside to our stay was the breakfast. The continental selection was brilliant with a wide choice of hot and cold drinks, cereals...

”New, convenient hotel in a good location and easy access to Manchester Piccadilly train station. From the negative side we did not receive any information prior to arrival that checkin and payment can only be done online even though there is a checkin counter at the hotel. Minor annoyance. Bigger annoyance was that we had a three bedroom apartment and only one bed was made. ”

”Rooms were clean and loved having two bathrooms for my family. Great walkability/location. Expedia address is not correct and takes you several blocks away. Also, please consider two keys. All guests must come and go at the same time. You cannot buzz people in or get in without the key & fab.”
