”Rahi, Mahamed and Lani at reception were very helpful. Rahi found us a room close to the elevator. Mahamed who just joined the team greeted us warmly, gave us some wildflower seeds to take with us and plant at home. Lani managed to secure us a large illustrated city map. The fruit infused water at reception was very welcome after an exciting day of travel. The bar staff helped us when they saw we needed their assistance. From the negative side we did not receive any information prior to arrival that checkin and payment can only be done online even though there is a checkin counter at the hotel. Minor annoyance. Bigger annoyance was that we had a three bedroom apartment and only one bed was made. ”
