"This is no longer even a hotel, it is now a hostel run by a German A & O Hostels group. Everything you would expect to get in a hotel was gone. There are no amenities whatsoever in the rooms, there is no housekeeping, the staff is sub par as well as the breakfast which was terrible and lacking. I have stayed here multiple times when it was a Novotel hotel, and the change is staggering. The only thing not changed is the pricing. Will not be coming back."

"It was a pleasant stay. Air conditioning was working and everything was looking kind of new. There was no fridge which was a big minus for us but I get many people don't need it. TV had streaming capability and shower was pretty good. Check-in was via computer but it was fast. Good experience overall!"
