”The front desk staff helped me with my luggage getting in and then getting out. I use canes. They saw me struggling and jumped up to help. The handicapped room was wonderfully designed. The specs in the bathroom perfect. If I'm passing through Richmond again and I need a place to stay they are my choice”

”The room smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Staff did offer to move the room but that room smelled more like smoke. Rooms need air fresheners and drapes, carpets and bed linen need cleaning items that get rid of the smoke smell. Breakfast was amazing!”

”TV didn't work good air condior didn't cool heater didn't work after u stay for motel then 4 to 5 days u get no rest because people comeing to ur door all hours of the night thinking it's OK then the staff stands by ur door talking at 930 am in the mouring the beds are hard like a rock and nasty with burn holes in them it's nice at frist time u come there after u stay a week it's not so nice anymore not to mention they wount even clean ur room if u are a exstened stay and ur gone for the day...

”The first room I was given on the second floor was horrible! It smelled bad. There were blood spots on the walls. It was dirty. Carpet was dirty. It was a mess. I really went downstairs and the attendant gave me another room on the first floor that was much better.”

”Everything was amazing I just count connect to the wifi”

”Amazingly, clean, quiet, a huge room suite, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding”

”This inn is perfectly located if you want to drink and dine in Carytown and that would be enough BUT it is also owned and operated by some wonderful folks who work extra hard to make you comfortable, the linens are nice, the bathrobes are fluffy, there’s a wine and cheese hour as well as a fancy coffee maker, and breakfast was lovely. Put all that together and you have and even better Richmond adventure. Loved our stay!”

”The walls are very, you can hear entire conversations happening in the room next door.”

”Staff was very welcoming, friendly and ensured we had the correct accommodations.”

”I particularly like the 24/7 availability of brewed coffee from the lobby area. I stay between work schedules and usually have to leave before the breakfast hour. Room coffee is never that great so I appreciate this approach. The room is quiet and dark enough for me to sleep well.”
