”We checked into our room yesterday afternoon. Then we came back around 11:30pm and couldn't get into the room so asked the front desk for help. Front desk walked to the room with us and opened it. SOMEONE ELSE WAS ASLEEP IN OUR ROOM! Front desk said they double booked it. I called today asking for a refund, and guy at front desk acted like I was crazy and didn't even say sorry. He did provide an email for the manager, who I messaged today.”

”Be sure to lower your standards. Room looked like a crime scene. I don't even want to know how many people overdosed in that bed. Dirty, in disrepair, COCKROACHES IN THE MICROWAVE! We didn't even stay. Checked out within 20 minutes and got another room elsewhere and immediately took a shower. Just skip this place”

”Holes in my sheets… Room wasn’t ready at check in. Pillows and Towels were worn. No elevators with stairs being steep. Always had to walk outside. High bushes around the entrance allowing someone to jump out at you in the dark because there is only one way to get to the rooms. Not using other available rooms. Same rooms keep getting recycled.”
