”This hotel need to completely close down until they finish those so called renovations….. the water pressure was horrible …..the shower leaks really bad and it has a bug infestation”

”I liked everything about the room. The location was perfect. The staff was very helpful. The coffee maker was top notch. I do have one suggestion about the breakfast though, Kindly add some turkey bacon or sausages (No pork) to the breakfast buffet. Other than that I have zero complaints. Thank you.”

”We arrived at 6:00 PM to check in, but our room was not ready—despite the official check-in time being 4:00 PM. We were not placed in a room until after 9:00 PM. To make matters worse, the pool water looked incredibly cloudy and lacked proper maintenance. Navigating the hotel was also highly frustrating; the surrounding area is under heavy construction, and there is no clear signage explaining how to enter the parking lot. Getting in and out of the property was incredibly confusing.”

”This is such a beautiful boutique-type hotel in a well appointed building that used to be a luxury department store. Lots of cool design elements and high ceilings in bedrooms. Bed/room/bathroom all very comfortable. Hotel could use some updates and maintenance in areas. Amazing rooftop bar. I will definitely stay again!”

”Our room was neat and clean. The staff was very knowledgeable when asked about places for dinner. The staff was friendly. Great experience!”

”Everything was pretty good except having to be in the very very back of the floor and the staff was either not accommodating or around. The bartender helped me find the person to check in and was always as his station. The breakfast was a bit lacking. And I was looking forward to that the most since I work in the hospital but other than that It was ok”

”They let us have our goldendoodle, they were quick to accompany us when we asked for a ground floor room. Very nice safe area to walk our dog at night.”

”Smells everywhere. Room and linens (pillow) smell like BO and sweat in two rooms. Hallway smells like weed. Horrible wet powder eggs breakfast. Staff was nice but need to be more proactive when they are not sitting around eating in lobby which they seemed to constantly be doing”
