”Staff were very nice and helpful. Renovations were being done to the building our room was in, so there were a few issues: no working ice machine, little things missing like the hook on bathroom door, room had an industrial smell when we first checked in (we bought an air freshener to get rid of it), the ceiling over the bathtub started leaking the second night, the grout hadn't been wiped off between the bathtub wall tile. ”

”The staff here was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint i have is the walls are very thin. You can hear people talking in the next room and people walking above. ”

”It was skeptical at first. I didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into, then I met who also was staying there, it was not all that bad. I had a good time. We were not there as much. Pinball is great if you know how to play. Thank you.”

”Clean and modern. Safe area. Close to restaurants and shops. Convenient drive to downtown. Only annoyance was one of the two elevators being out of service. ”

”Nice place, recently renovated, rooms were in good condition. Staff were mixed between good and bad. Whoever manages this place likely needs to spend more time with the staff. Front desk specifically. Elevators were terrible. At one point both were out, used the stairs, not a big deal, but annoying they know it’s a problem and just live with it. The staff mentioned it’s been like that for a while. Giving a decent rating as the rooms are what mattered to me for staying one night, but not sure I’d...

”Breakfast was good. Potatoes weren’t hot but there was plenty of other food to eat. Frankie, Portia and Terrance were all super helpful. They were always busy cleaning or doing something. Kudos on such great workers. It’s definitely a hotel we’d stay at again. ”

”Pro- Clean and updated rooms and bathrooms. Great staff. Con- Indoor pool was unheated and chilly. Whirlpool not operational although hot. Operating button missing, emergency button appears broken off and lack of use has the water looking less than inviting. The daily water checklists on the wall for sanitation levels was not clear if ever updated or measured daily. I didnt risk getting in.”

”The rooms are a touch outdated but clean. Beds and pillows need updating. The lobby area was clean - staff was super nice and very accommodating!! Always a smile, welcome when we came in and always looking to serve at the bar for a drink or food. ”

”We were very comfortable at this hotel and we enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. ”

”Room was in terrible condition. Floors were ripped up, paint was peeling off the walls, tried to get towels and they told me they had none. No one was ever at the front desk or answering the phone. They also don’t offer housekeeping on the weekends. Our toilet stopped working and instead of coming to fix it they handed my husband a plunger and told him to try that. Do not recommend this hotel.”
