”Everything was okay. Some of the lights were fused. Shower head need to be fixed. Closet door has a hole, I think damaged by the security latch because it’s very close to entrance door. Mainly carpet was filthy. ”

”The room was not clean, there was hair in the sink and flicks of toothpaste on the mirror. The bathroom tub/shower was so bad we didn't feel comfortable showering in it. The toilet paper roll had 8 squares of toilet paper on it and we had to put the new roll on ourselves. The back of the bathroom door was coming apart and there were dust bunnies in every corner. I was happy we only had to be there 9 hours!”

”During our stay, the staff asked our guest (a young adult visiting from out of town) for identification while my husband was away. Despite us having already paid for the room, they told our guest he needed to leave. As a result, both my husband and our guest were removed from the property. We were told we would receive a refund for one night; however, Expedia has since informed us they have been unable to reach the property to process it. The situation was concerning and left us feeling...

”As always, had a wonderful time at my favorite hotel and seeing my favorite staff. Something new here, one of the things I love doing is opening my window and listening to the beautiful rain outside. My stay was very peaceful and ofcourse very safe. Will be back again 😊”

”It was skeptical at first. I didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into, then I met who also was staying there, it was not all that bad. I had a good time. We were not there as much. Pinball is great if you know how to play. Thank you.”

”The hotel is in a bad part of town. Although the room appeared clean, the decor and feel of the room was straight out of the early eighties. The walls are paper thin. We experienced multiple rooms with fighting tenants and some with "loving" tenants. My son and I were immediately approached by someone, whom appeared to be on drugs, asking for a cigarette, and were asked for money the next morning. If it werent for the 9 hours of driving we had just accomplished, I am not sure either of us would...
