Great hotel right in the middle of Athens with bars, restaurants and shops just outside. Hotel is on a side street so not noisy. Lovely roof terrace with view of acropolis, great treatments in spa - I had massage and facial with discount for guests. Private pool. Feels more like 4 star hotel although it’s listed as 2 star! I would definitely stay again. Breakfast is served at the restaurant across the road and it’s a good selection of dishes.

Ok stay, but some details did not match a 5-star luxury suite experience Overall, our stay was okay, and there were some very positive aspects. The service at the outdoor restaurant was great, and the spa service was exceptional. That said, considering this is a 5-star hotel and the Pomegranate Suite is presented as a luxury/high-end room, there were several details that could be improved. We had just spent a week at Sani Dunes, and the contrast was noticeable. A small touch such as fresh flowers, which is usually expected in this type of room, was missing. The QR code for ordering food from the room did not work and showed a “page not found” error. Some areas of the room also felt outdated, with a few items appearing broken, rusty, or worn. The bedroom could also benefit from modernization, especially as there was nowhere convenient to charge a phone. In addition, there appeared to be a water leak under one of the bathroom sinks, as we found a wet towel with a stain on it. The hotel has strong potential, and some areas provide excellent service, especially the spa. However, in other areas, the service felt less warm and not as service-oriented as expected for a hotel of this level.

Bellissima struytura con spiaggia privata perfetta per famiglie con bambini. Piscine comodissime, uma anche al coperto. tutti i servizi immaginabili. A inizio giugno l'acqua è fredda ma in compenso c'è poco affollamento e sj gode a pieno della struttura e dei servizi.
