”Didn’t feel like a hotel… met and shared kitchen with others staying there.”

”The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure ”

”This is a great place and location. It is also the best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed. The top deck patio has a view of the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz… really cool.”

”The house is comfortable with great views of the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean. The only was the beds are a bit hard for our liking and the parking garage is a very tight fit if you are a mid-size or larger vehicle. You may have to park on the street, which is not a big deal. Overall a nice place to stay. Will stay there again.”

”We had so much space! No issues here, everything was where we needed it and everything worked. Convenience stores were nearby too so shopping was within walking distance. Thumbs up!”

”A good location and central to Alameda. Overall, a nice place. Quite spacious and full sized kitchen with dishwasher which would be great for a longer stay. A few small things: it would be nice to have additional seating in living room area beside couch and a larger TV would be nice.”

”I needed a place to stay in the Marin area while I was in-between jobs. France's studio was perfect. Centrally located between all the little towns in Marin. While easy access to Sir Francis Drake Blvd, the location has a feel of being in the woods. I especially loved all the redwood woods outside the studio. The area is quiet, relaxing and the host, France, was there to answer any and all questions.”

”This property met our needs. We appreciated that we were allowed to bring our dog and everything we needed to do was conveniently located. It was a quick weekend so we didn’t have a lot of time to just hang out in the cottage. Our overall impression with it was kind of cute and funky, but could have been a little cleaner.”

It had three good size bedrooms, with super comfy beds. Only one real bathroom and shower, as the second bathroom was tiny and only had a toilet.
