”Basic but clean, no-nonsense hotel at the north end of town. Since Guelph is small, it was not a problem to get downtown or to the university. Free parking, quiet, and basic continental breakfast. Did not use the hot tub as it was not working when we were there, and did not bother using the pool as it was very small. Everything looked very clean though.”

”The room was clean. The hotwater is regulated so there is only so much you can use before the cold water comes on. The airconditioning worked well.
The room was clean and functional.
My main complaint was the front desk staff who was very businesslike. She wanted my birthdate and when I asked why, she said no matter, I have it off your ID. Why was my birthdate needed? Otherwise, it served my needs for the night.”
