”We enjoyed our stay at the treehouse. My Father lives nearby and spent most of the time away. We mostly slept, bathed, and coffee in the morning. Upon arrival we had a nice handwritten card and some chocolates from the owners which was a nice touch and appreciated. I appreciated the parking convenience and the quiet environment. The unit has ample windows that we opened each night to cool the place down. Summer nights often drop to mid 50s so this works pretty quick- especially with the fans...

”Lovely location near Felton and Ben Lomond. Clean rental and kitchen well stocked with all you need to cook. Market is close by along with restaurants. Neighborhood was pleasant and felt peaceful and loved to hear all the birds in the morning! Nearby river in state park provides river water play for kids. We all loved this rental. We’ll be back! Really appreciated having laundry on site as well. Communication was great with host.”

”We had a lovely, quiet stay in Mission Springs! Our space was exceptionally clean and very easy to access. We especially loved the beautiful redwoods and wildflowers surrounding the property. We appreciated the bottled water and apples left in the fridge to take along with us on a hike. The host, Jessie, was very responsive and sweet. The location is close to Felton/Henry Cowell State Park and has great dining options close by (we enjoyed Cowboy Bar & Grill and The Grove). We would gladly stay...

”Great place to stay close to the beach. The house is very thoughtfully decorated. Kitchen is well stocked. The hot tub was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and communicated promptly. Will definitely come back again.”

”Absolutely a perfect location! On first impression was pleasantly surprised how much space we had. The views were wonderful- harbor and beach waves! Has basic kitchen items, but we made it work. The location is absolutely perfect. We stayed over a week and it would be perfect if there was washer/dryer on site. Initial issue re:bbq, but that was resolved and the handy man/helper was absolutely wonderful, totally about our comfort and needs! What a jewel! Would love to enjoy again.”

”Property is as advertised, I would recommend that you bring a bag of ice , can’t keep up with a big family, and to bring extra towels or be running multiple loads a day like I did if you’re going to be doing the beach, hot tub, and the necessary showers, you need lots of towels”
