”I stayed here so that I could attend the Highland games in Crieff and was only here just over 13 hours. Keep in mind that it's an old building with no a/c or lift and you'll be just fine! ”Every time we come back to the Royal, it never ceases to disappoint. The staff are the people who make this such a special and charming hotel. The warmest of welcomes and we were so well taken care of. Attentive and polite customer services, similar to that of Ashford Castle, that seems to be lost in many establishments these days. The only complaint we had, was that the bedroom was cold even with the small radiator up to its maximum temperature, and the fires had not been lit in the bar area...

”Atmospheric bar & restaurant, beautifully appointed room. Breakfast was incredible! I looked forward to my smoked salmon every morning. Husband had the vegetarian breakfast and said it was also excellent. I liked the system of selecting breakfast the night before.
