”The apartment is in an old office building. It's spacious and clean but the ceilings are low and stained. Although our unit door locked, the back outer door of the building had a broken lock, and our door had no peep hole to see anyone who came in. There appeared to be an unhoused person sleeping right outside of the front of the building. There are cameras around the building but there was no lighting in the parking lot and it was pretty dark. ”

”This property was very dirty. I washed the cupboards, bathrooms ,and floors when we arrived. The listing says 2 bathrooms but we didn’t use the one shower because it was cracked. The neighbors were loud and woke us up every night slamming the stairway door, which made my dog bark. Then they complained about the barking. Please note that a first floor unit requires you to use an elevator AND stairs if you can’t fit in the garage. He did respond to my question about parking our truck somewhere...

”The furniture was comfortable and clean, and we loved the beds. We especially loved all the mirrors, which made it easy for our family of four to get ready even though there is just one bathroom. The living room had plenty of seating. The property is centrally located in a clean, safe neighborhood. There is a neighborhood park and a Target just a few blocks away. The parking space provided is adjacent to the property, which is convenient. We enjoyed our stay.”

I chose this property specifically because of the photos of the kitchen, and it was exactly what I had hoped for. It was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything a family could need. The living room was also very spacious, featuring comfortable reclining couches and a smart TV, making it a perfect place to relax...
