”Great little studio with all the amenities you would need. So close to restaurants and shops. My only negative is that you only get one "key" to get into the building. It was super inconvenient a few times this stay as my husband and I were on different schedules. This is the 4th time we have stayed here and will definitely be back. ”

”I had a comfortable and pleasant stay in this apartment. I was especially pleased that pets are welcomed.The kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools. The tvs are of good viewing size and quality. The bed is comfortable and having control of the apartment’s temperature was a plus. This is the second time that I stay here. I think anyone would be pleased here. ”

”Great location. Great responses from management. Unfortunate that I had to call back and forth a number of times at checkin trying to find the right "lockbox" which was inconspicuous around a dark corner. Also circuit breaker blew when toasting, and the box was hidden behind a wall textile.”

”We really enjoyed our stay here. Ram was very responsive before and during our stay. The suite is actually more spacious than it appears in the photos.There are a number of things to appreciate around the neighborhood. It’s an easy walk to and from the BART station, using a flat paved trail next to the elevated rail line. The system will take you to SF and the airport, and all over the metro and beyond. Nearby was the Canyon Trail Park with a mildly-challenging upward hike and a big green...

"Very clean and new hotel building. Rooms are tight but clean and have fridge and microwave oven. Since located in downtown Oakland it can get quite busy in surroundings, though 11th street is somewhat calm area. My room windows were on the street side and it was pretty noisy during nights. If you wear ear plugs it is no big deal. I stayed 10 nights and my room wasn't cleaned for once. Breakfast is okay. Nothing fancy but you get what you need to start your day. I probably wouldn't stay here again for this long but for few nights for single budget traveler it is somewhat good value for the money. Public transportation connections are great. Conplimentary coffee is served in lobby/breakfast area all day. "
