”Staff were helpful and efficient at check in. The corridor carpet is dirty as well as the room carpet. My room smelled strongly of pet urine/odor. The bathrooms were clean. I typically stay in higher end hotels and would give a higher rating if the carpet was cleaner and the room smelled better.”
