Finca 'Gruppenhaus' with Shared Terrace, Communal Garden and Wi-Fi

The cozy group house is part of the sustainable, nature-oriented seminar farm Mollandur. The grounds are unpaved to minimize soil sealing and provide space for wild herbs. A 3-hectare orchard meadow belongs to the property.



The house spans two floors without an internal staircase and offers space for up to 21 guests via two external staircases.



You will find a large communal room with sleeping area for 3, a well-equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, books and toys. In the multi-purpose room: table tennis, foosball, piano and darts. Baby cot and high chairs are available. Bed linen set can be provided for an extra charge. This is not a hotel and is not recommended for workers.

The sustainable estate offers a shared outdoor area with fire pit and seating, three covered terraces, a theater with party tent, sauna, and hot tub. Free parking is available. Families, groups of friends, and companies are welcome; please supervise children at all times. Up to two pets are allowed, available for an extra fee. Bachelor parties or similar events are possible by arrangement. Guests are responsible for all activities on the estate and for any damages during their stay. Liability insurance is recommended. Security cameras are on site.



Bed linen can be rented, available for an extra fee; you may also bring your own covers. Bicycles are available to rent. A shuttle service to the train station is available on weekends. After booking, you will receive a contact form, which should be completed in full.
