The apartment is spacious, bright and cozy. It has, a desk, dining table, sofas and comfortable beds. We provide fresh bedlinen and towels.

It is equipped with the necessary technology to offer high-speed Wi-Fi and to check in online and smart lock system to avoid waiting on arrival.

We offer luggage lockers located at the same building.

Ostkreuz is 5 minutes walking distance, from there trains go to the airport in 150minutes and to the city center.
Also tram stop in front of the apartmet and U-bahn 10 minutes far.

Failure to comply with any of these rules is grounds for a charge and/or you may be asked to leave the apartment:


- It is prohibited to make loud noises in the apartment or on the stairs between 22:00 and 09:00.
The apartment is equipped with a noise detector that will activate the alarm in case there are loud noises between these hours.


-Maximum departure time is 11 a.m. m. And don't forget to throw garbage in the patio containers.


- Smoking, pets, unregistered guests are prohibited.


- Damage to equipment or loss of the key will incur a refund charge.
