”The Bensimon features very large apartments nicely renovated. The communication process was superb. The room was spotless and quiet. It overlooked a central courtyard characteristic of Berlin apartments. It was easy to get to by Tram. We would stay again.”

Viihtyisä huone keittonurkkauksella. muuten kaikki sujui erinomaisesti. Hyvät liikenneyhteydet.”

”Super nice staff, great location and good price-quality ratio. Nice breakfast places, restaurants and bars nearby. ”

”A fantastic stay with all you need for an overnight (and longer) stay in Berlin. The check-in process was smooth and upon request on the day, the host let us check-in early, which was fantastic. An excellent location with public transport and grocery stores nearby. Highly recommend that you visit the Boxhagener Platz area for dinner, drinks or a nice stroll.”

”A bit loud (metro track closer than it looked) and messy location, parking is a nightmare. Apartment was clean and had all the necessities. Smaller pillows and extra towel or a floor squeegee would have been great. Good value for the cost.”

”I came to Germany for a trade fair at Messe Berlin and found hotel prices during the event incredibly high. For 22–24 September, I was quoted €378 for a single bed in a five-person hostel room. Then I found this hotel in Potsdam for €414 for two nights. Getting to the fair was easy: the tram stop is about 200 metres away, and with a transfer to the S7, the journey took around an hour. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Mr Nicholas also replied quickly whenever I had a question. Prices...

”This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!”

”Decent area, clean spacious apartment”

”Nice spacious room in a fairly quiet area right off the KuDamm.”

”Wonderful apartment, right next to the metro. The communication and arrangements were fantastic!”
