”Was für eine tolle Ferienwohnung! Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem der wunderbare große Tisch, auf dem wir regelmäßig unsere Brettspiele ausgepackt haben, hatte es uns auf Anhieb angetan.Dazu eine perfekte Kommunikation mit den Gastegebern inklusive Essenstip (der Italiener war wirklich sehr lecker!) und Warnungen vor dem Schneechaos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!”

”This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!”

”Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort. Dafür war die Wohnung völlig in Ordnung. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir jedoch etwas anderes mieten – mit so vielen Personen ist es doch etwas eng. Sehr gut fanden wir, dass sich direkt gegenüber eine Pizzeria befindet und der Bäcker nur etwa hundert Meter entfernt ist.Eine kleine Anmerkung: Die Kaffeemaschine und das Backblech waren leider nicht sauber.”

”Die Lage, das Preis Leistungsverhältnis, und die Freundlichkeit des Vermieters sind empfehlenswert. Etwas ungünstig sind die Parkmöglichkeiten. An Geschirr und insbesondere Besteck, könnte die Pension besser ausgestattet sein. Insgeamt aber eine sehr emfpehlenswerte Pension, insbesondere für Fahradwanderer.”

”US family (2 adults, 2 young children) and 2 friends in town for the Berlin marathon. Overall, the property accommodated all of us well and I was very pleased! Pros:Great location, nice neighborhood in proximity to various restaurants, markets/grocery stores, and metro. Overall property was clean, adequately stocked bathroom & kitchen, and enough towels and blankets for our stay. We stayed 3 nights so you'd definitely need more towels beyond that. Washing machine was available but no way to dry...

”Die Lage des Objektes war traumhaft. Innen ist es mäßig: das Sofa etwas abgewetzt, der Tisch verschrammt. Der Schlafzimmerschrank beinhaltete einen komischen Geruch nach altem Schweiß. Bei Regenwetter sind wir dann lieber einen Tag eher abgereist. So richtig war mir die Wohnung den hohen Preis nicht wert.”

”The family really enjoyed the stay here. 5 minutes to the U2 station, many good restaurants and beer garden in the area. Safe, quiet at night, great area to walk around even with young kids. Apartment was clean and and the patio was great. Would love to stay here again.”

”An enjoyable stay in a spacious apartment. The apartment was comfortable even during a heatwave.Andrew was a very attentive host, suggesting excursions for our trip to Berlin.It was nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood outside the city centre.”

”We stayed in a family room (2adults+2kids) and the room was big and it had a kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker, toaster etc. everything that we needed. It was like staying in an own appartment. The U-bahn station was quite close and the neighbourhood was really pleasant. Next to the Pension is grocery store which is open 24h! Everything worked well and we had a great stay and also the kids liked it a lot!”
