”My business partner and I had a convention in Richmond downtown area. I brought my wife and 1 year old daughter with us. The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. Large rooms, quiet bedrooms for my daughter to nap and a nice updated modern interior. There are two sets of stairs so I was glad we brought baby gates with us.”

”Church Hill neighborhood is great. Place is perfect for a couple & has everything you need. Never had trouble parking. Traffic is a little noisy, but I slept fine and I’m a light sleeper. Will definitely stay here again.”

”This location was a short walk to the convention center which was perfect for us. So much more spacious than a hotel. The beds were comfortable. The white noise alarm clocks in the bedrooms were perfect for blocking out the street noise. The only thing we would have liked to have that we didn’t was a toaster in the kitchen. We will stay again if attending events at the convention center.”

”Really enjoyed our stay. The place was great and plenty of room. Clean and updated with several balconies. Neighborhood's was safe and many places to eat close and walkable. Several parks nearby and the James River walk/Browns island was a short drive.”

”We had an enjoyable stay on the houseboat. The bed was comfortable, and the accommodations had everything we needed. We even made spaghetti the first night for dinner since we arrived later than planned.
