”Very quite, clean and fully equipped and perfect if you want to get away from it all but if you need tv and Wi-Fi forget it as there is none available. Also states on inventory that the accommodation has a bath and it only has a shower.”

”Much better than last time I stayed, Not the best of hotels, but the that is reflected in the price you pay. Mainenance is also quite poor with several light fittings in my room not working.”

”Spent one night at the hotel. It is located in a cute small town. There is a good car park and the hotelarea is beautiful. The room was OK size, but could use an update. The pub was nice and the breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful :)”

”The Bell is a beautiful old building and our room was very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The view from the room was amazing. Access was through a separate door to the pub, so we didn't have to be back before the pub closed and could access the room any time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakasts were delicious and lots of choice on the menu. Lovely pub dog too! We would definitely stay here again.”

”A beautiful shiny new hotel with well thought through design and such aesthetic decor. The staff were helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The roof top bar was a definite plus, with fab views, it just made the weekend for me and my friend who had a long overdue catch up. So close to the station, an easy weekend away.”

”We thought the breakfast buffet choices were limited, however the cooked breakfast was hot and plentiful. The staff were very efficient. Dinner was most enjoyable in a lovely dining room and the bar service was very good. Upon arrival we were given a room upgrade with a four poster bed, this was a lovely surprise. Parking was onsite without additional charge. If you are planning on walking the Malvern Hills this Hotel is in the perfect location.”

The carpet was dusty (or at least not cleaned/vacuum cleaned) since the previous customer, nor was it cleaned between our 2 nights stay. What was much worse; in the room there was a stark moldy smell that did not go off even as we kept the windows from both sides of the room open for 2 full days & nights. ”Bought a night at Hollow bottom for my daughter and fiancé. They thoroughly enjoyed the stay and said that the bedroom and bed were a really good size. They also had a lovely meal in the evening. They would definitely recommend a stay here.”

”Great stay in a lovely hotel. The owner was charming, friendly and fun and gave an excellent display of first class customer service. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We left too early for breakfast so they made up packed breakfasts for us too. Some of the alcoholic drinks in the mini bar are free too! Bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean, tidy, modern and well kept. Parking right outside too.”
