”Through Expedia, I've been able to secure several nice stays for budget prices. This was a different, inferior experience. They tried to make it seem 'economy' .I was annoyed by automatic messages from 'Harry' telling me to text after 2 for a code, when check in started and when I'd arrive by pre-arranged means. ”The double room was clean & fresh but the 'standard' size double bed does not compare well with the more usual 'queen' size provided in hotels in this price range.
The staff were brilliant ambassadors for the hotel - Maisie & Jenny in particular - always attentive, always happy to engage with guests, always thinking ahead to anticipate the needs of their guests.

”Lovely Hotel with a cozy athmosphere. Beverly as a town is also very nice and worth a visit and Hotel is right in the middle of it. Breakfast is very English which can be bit overwhelming. Wifi works well. Will stay again. ”
