”Did not travel w:pets, use pool or gym so can’t comment. One issue is that bathtub is very slippery & if grab bar wasn’t there it could have been a bad outcome instead of a sprained back. From now on a rubberized bath mat will be pack in suitcase”

”Overall a nic. We stayed in a king room, with a nice sitting area and a kitchen with full refrigerator. Also like that it had a safe in the closet. Breakfast was decent. Gym was a little small (2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, 1 bike and a bench with dumbbells from 5 lbs to 75 lbs.”

”room was dirty. gum wrappers on floor and under sofa. walls are so thin you can hear the next rooms. Toilet had a leak. conversations easily. called front desk about it and was told manager was not in and they would call me. Never received a call.”

”Many bugs in the room absolutely disgusting. I would never stay here again.”

”Tv remote did not work and could not connect phones to tv. Elevators were out of service. Staff was super friendly and professional. ”

”The thermostat in our room did not function properly. We had it set at 65 and ot was 79 in our room. The hot tub could have been cleaner and the pool is small. ”

”We reserved (based on pictures) nice looking hotel. Reality was that this is not hotel, it’s motel. Even the reseption admitted that the hotel description is wrong, their establishment is motel. We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation. Best Western has forgotten to add motel pictures”

”Great staff open twenty four hours and seven days a week walking distance to fabulous restaurants and advertisements for Broadway shows in Manhattan’s and easy access to New York City from the Hicksville train stations”

”The property was fine and property owners always made sure the parking lot was cleared due to the snow fall recently. They made sure all walk ways were salted to ensure the safety of the customers. ”

”Aaaamazing! This should be on everyones bucket list! The room I stayed in was so comfortable I extended my stay. This is not like a hotel its do quiet and peaceful you feel like you’re the only person staying here and like royalty. Im looking forward to returning in Spring to see how lovely it is with flowers in bloom. I met my knight in shining armor he was standing by the valet parking door. lol took a great picture with. ”

”Was downgraded a room last minute. Was told basically it’s this or nothing. I booked in advance, had no other choices to book somewhere else 15 minutes before my check in time. ”

”Luke warm water at best. Low water pressure so toilets don’t flush properly very limited parking and overall not very clean”
