”What a lovely experience. The room was spacious and had room to sit and enjoy a drink. The communal lounge was a beautiful space, with an honesty bar, and we were invited to use the fridge to store our own drinks if required. There is no meal service outside of breakfast, but the local area has several options. Breakfast was pre-ordered the night before, and was freshly cooked. Staff were friendly and attentive. This was a really enjoyable stopover. ”

”This is a fabulous little hotel and we were delighted with our three night stay. James and Amy are wonderful hosts who put their heart and soul into their place and nothing is too much trouble. Our room had plenty of space and the bed was very comfortable. The common areas were lovely, and the breakfast was great. An easy 20 to 30 minute stroll to town, or short drive, so a great base for all that this region has to offer.”

”Richard is very much the 'Host with the Most'. Very chatty and friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. He went above and beyond for us...Carrying our cases up to the top floor...And down again when we left. Plus he does a cracking packed lunch. Our room was more than adequate, comfy and clean. ”Fabulous hosts and really accommodating. Our day didn’t go exactly to plan and they were more than happy to delay our dinner a little bit. Cream tea on arrival was lovely. The packed lunch made for us to take up Snowdon was just what we needed and the dinner on our return (although we were 20-30 minutes late) went down well. After climbing a mountain, the bed was so comfortable and we slept so well. We will definitely be going back. ”
