”Very friendly staff all round .The hotel needs a bit updating stairs to room ,we stayed in Apple blossom room which was spacious with a large bathroom .Mini fridge in room with fresh milk nice touch .The room was comfortable in the heatwave ,with a fan included . Felt the detail of cleaning could of been better ( big cobweb under window and handbasin cracked and behind the taps could of done with a clean ) The setting and surroundings really make this hotel a good find .Breakfast served by...

”I never received any messages to say that I had to contact the hotel if I was arriving after 10pm from Expedia. Only when I arrived and reception was closed did I look at their website which stated that fact. Therefore I could not stay because I couldn’t check in and had no choice but to drive away. I understand it was not refundable, but I did expect to stay the night at least. In summary I got charged for the pleasure and couldn’t even stay. I paid for breakfast too. Poor communications.
