Despite checking in at 6 pm and telling them to put in an extra bed and towels etc when we returned at 10pm nothing was done. Old used soap was in the bathroom and no towels or extra bed was arranged: it was done after we came back. The blankets did not have the usual white linen covers and hence were very uncomfortable and itchy. We were promised a heater when we checked in but were told all heaters have been forgotten at some other site! The bon fire and singers came and started at 11 pm when it was supposed to end and became a head ache when we tried to sleep rather then being a positive thing. A group of rowdy youngsters checked in at midnight to our neighboring tent and spoke loudly all night we could not sleep till 4 am. Every time anyone nearby used their flush — crazy loud water circulating sound enveloped the night and every passing vehicle woke us up rudely as the noise was so loud . Next day when we asked for a refund of our second day of stay they refused . Nor did they upgrade us to a better and quieter tent . Last but not the least as the last straw when we voluntarily checked out a day earlier in disgust and told the manager we will give a bad rating — he had the cheek of saying that they will give us a bad rating as our pet dog was with us. Really biZarre We let go Rs9000 for the second night , paid Rs6000 at nearby mehfil e rann and loved it. Which came with 3 meals, room service for tea and super clean linen white covered quilts and 8pm singers too!!

Dear Guest, We feel really bad that we were not able to provide you with the experience that we wish to provide our guests. We have investigated the matter with the operations team and have highlighted the points to improve with the team. The staff was not aware of the issues faced by you as they were not communicated on time. All the issues were communicated to us next day in the morning. Upgrade : We did try to upgrade you on a premium tents but by that time you had already left. Since the booking was for a peak period, our policies don't allow for a refund. Heater : Since the area is in remote region, on peak dates, there is shortage of supply of power. Hence, heaters are provided on priority basis to senior citizens and families with infants. We did provide you with the additional blankets for you as well as your pet. On next day, we did promise you for the heater part. Please note that above all is just an explanation of the situation from our perspective. We don't want our guests to go unsatisfied and the max we can do right now is offer you a complimentary night stay at a date of your choice this season. Thanks, Narendra
