”Quite a good and decent and beautiful 4 star hotel. Service and staff were however far from being 4 star hotel. I had water run out in my bathroom while having shower, very laughable. Breakfast was incredibly poor and not representative of 4 star hotel.”

Worse, it's STILL shown as an included amenity on hotels.com, more than 1 year after it became no longer available. ”My cousin and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Area was nice and clean. Fortunate to get good weather to enjoy the grounds. Got to see horse dressage and the breakfast was enjoyable. Saw peacocks, birds, sheep, and the dog. We had both the veggie and non-veg option. Uber was our mode of transport- each trip into town was between 15-20 GBP. Nice pub within walking distance. Excellent city break. Would highly recommend.”
