”Good facilities”

”We checked in around 5pm. 2 rooms booked. We were assured prior to our stay that the rooms would be next to each other, however we were placed two floors apart. We asked them to rectify this however they said the hotel is fully booked and they couldn’t. They eventually placed us on the same floor together. Staff were polite enough, but this was quite an inconvenience and they did not apologise. The food was good. The amenities were ok, a little outdated and needed maintenance work in some...

”The property is lovely. Very clean, warm and comfortable. You are made to feel at home rather than being in a hotel room. I hadn't advised i woukd need a patking space, but it was no issue. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and the host Helen is really lovely welcoming you into their home. Definitely stay here again. I was here for business and very handy location to get my customers.”

”The hotel staff are exceptional, they make you feel welcome. I had a lovely chat with a cleaner as she helped me navigate the corridors to my room, she really went above and beyond. All the staff seemed happy to be working at the hotel. The upgraded room was very spacious and had stunning views from the window.”

”Not what I expected. The room itself was nice and the environment guite cute but two major issues with the stay. 1. The room temperature must`ve been above 30 degrees (even if the temperature outside was +15). Room facing the street so opening the window felt like sleeping on the street. Not a good choice if you need to get some proper rest.”
