”We weren’t even able to check in here because we got there after midnight and the office with the check in kiosk was locked. The office left us a message two hours prior that we needed to confirm our booking with them to check in, but with the poor cell service in the area, the message didn’t arrive until we got there. We have four kids who were exhausted and needed to sleep, and even though I called the number listed, no one answered. We had to find another hotel and navigate checking in there....
