”Gorgeous clean hotel, right near the zoo and other places. Our room was spacious and perfectly provided what we needed for a long weekend in Little Rock. Full sized fridge/freezer, microwave and sink in kitchenette, and the bathroom was spacious as well, with a walk in shower. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner, body lotion were all provided and were very nice when we used them. Texts were exchanged with us to check in on us if we needed anything. Will stay again if visiting the city!”

”No breakfast, took me four times to get a room, the bottom ones have sliding glass doors to parking lot with one tiny latch, smelled like smoke, the outside doors are broken so key cards dont work on them, was there 4 days nobody ever cleaned my room, got no new towels , ran out of toilet paper, no down feather alternative pillow, no lotion, no extra anything.”

”Would not stay here again. I called the hotel multiple times before booking to confirm how a 3:00 AM arrival would be handled and was told it would count as a single-night stay. After arriving, I was given different information and told I would need to pay additional charges to remain through the expected checkout date. ”There were 2 people at check in- 1 in training (she was lovely- just inexperienced) the second who was training her? He didn’t want to be there or to be training someone. Get to room- towels for 1 for a reservation of 3- zero bedding for the pull out couch. Easy fix…unhappy trainer acted as if we were a bother. Got towels and sheets but there was no pillows available in a hotel probably 1/2 full. Internet /WiFi for guests was down- but according to Mr. Personality it was our issue. He put the...

”The air conditioner in our room would not maintain temperature. The room would get cold and then get hot all night long making it difficult to stay asleep. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. Aside from the AC issue it was a great stay.”

”Staff were nice, but the pool is out of order, ice machine broken, and the soda machine was broken. Breakfast was 3 types of cold cereal, a muffin or a waffle, but they were out of waffle mix. The air was off when we arrived to our room and it was HOT and smelled like wet dog. It took a couple hours to cool down and then the smell went away. The beds were hard and mine made loud squeaks every time I moved. It was clean, but I will not stay there again.”
