”This is the kind of beach cottage I remember from childhood. Low-key, homey, and thoughtfully appointed, right down to novels by local authors. I could stay there for a month! The owner/manager lives downstairs and is pleasantly available if you need anything. You do have to get your suitcase up an exterior flight of steps, but he'll help you. You can see the ocean from the porch and walk to it in 2 minutes along a private boardwalk. ”

”This was a good place for us. we needed a sleep and shower here place. It like a mother in law sweet. Cute neighborhood. We were there for a weekend fishing trip so it was just that. They are still working on this place as a newer Vrbo I think they are on the right track. It was clean. It’s not flawless, but that’s the working on thing. ”This is a lovely cottage with an impressive roomy bathroom and clean kitchen with new appliances. The private back patio is a great spot to relax and the parking spot has direct access to the street. Overall I enjoyed our stay here particularly how quiet it was. The host replies quickly and is very friendly and helpful. ”

”This house is located in the downtown historic district. All the homes in this area have been restored and are the cutest quaint little houses. It’s only a mile from UF Hospital of Jacksonville. When first arriving the AC was not cooling properly and upon contacting the host they were quick to get it resolved!! (Just needed filters replaced). Due to some unforeseen circumstances with our loved one at the hospital the host was very accommodating. I would stay here again if I needed to access the...
