But the listing description was woefully inaccurate and certainly didn't mention the patched and mended state of most rooms. This is not a 10* 'excellent' property. Far from it. If it had been accurately listed (and priced accordingly) then that's fair enough, but I was expecting a much higher standard...

Pots & pans need replacing, need matches for the cooker, cleaning products, tea towels. Broken chair back in living room, uncomfortable sofa, could also do with some cushions. Also not happy that the check in details are provided at noon on the day of arrival, even though payment is taken in advance. Having said all that, if the issues were addressed I would stay...

"Bar music was AI slop and all the menus are AI created. Breakfast was good English breakfast. Dinner was mediocre, better places around. Room was nice, hard to find and access but cozy. Had an fan which was great since no AC. Bathroom floor felt hollow and made loud sounds when walking. The drinks machine downstairs is very reasonable priced. Overall very enjoyable stay and only small issues. Staff was polite and nice."

"Hotelli oli erittäin siisti. Saimme huoneen jo aamupäivällä, joka oli todella positiivinen yllätys. Kaikki toimi hyvin. Aamupalaravintola sijaitsi lähes ylimmässä kerroksessa, josta upeat maisemat. Todella kätevä ja lyhyt matka DLR-junalla esim. Lontoon stadionille. Metrolle nopea kävelymatka. Aamupala oli ok, ei niin monipuolinen mitä odotin. Menisin joka tapauksessa uudelleen."
