”A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved. The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to...

”I enjoyed my stay overall, and the room clean and the staff was friendly. My only issue is the room tended to get very hot during the day because the window curtains were open other than that, everything else was great and I had a great experience. I would stay here again.”

”The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was decent but super crowded. For some reason the air conditioning was not on in the lobby or the hallways and was super hot. Other than that it was decent.”

”The property was in a very walkable location of Pentagon City and was large. We walked to Pentagon City and many restaurants. The apartment was dirty, we had to wash the sheets on the main bed before we could sleep on it. The floor needed to be mopped and there were food stains on a couple of cabinets. The vacuums and mops were stored in the main bedroom closet where we had to hang our clothes. Not enough trash bags or toilet paper, we ran out.”

”Quite a nice hotel. Good breakfast. We got around by car, so I can’t say how easy it would be otherwise. Driving in Washington is relatively easy. The front desk staff’s attitude varied—one was really nice, but the night shift person seemed a bit tired of their job. The parking garage was full, as were the outdoor spots. I didn’t want to pay $50 for a parking spot that wasn’t even available. ”

”Bath: tub very slippery w/ no tub mat to prevent slips, toilet lower than elementary school’s, and no grab bars in shower/tub - a health and safety hazard. Getting access to WiFi was a nightmare/ not at all user friendly as even admitted by the front desk staff. Transitions from elevators to carpeted floors make rolling suitcases an other nightmare.
