”The hotel was clean and comfortable, the food and drink was great, The only downside is the guest room that we stayed in was quite dated and the floor creaked all over as did the adjacent rooms floors so was noisy to move around in.”

”This was a lovely place to stay which we chose partly because it has some EV charging facilities. The restaurant and bar have a good selection with well kept beer and the staff are helpful and friendly. We especially recommend the panna cotta, however, all the food was good. The bedroom and bathroom were a good size and well appointed with tea, coffee and water. We would visit again ”

”Some of the positive reviews are likely from week-days. NEVER go here in the weekend. Your room is above the hotel's pub that makes your stay unbearable. It is not just people having a drink, but actively partying and shouting with a dj. This place should not be listed as a hotel. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. ”

”Great choice for 5-night stay in Berwick - I paid a bit more for a larger double room and appreciated the space and furnishings. Great location, well-appointed room and very comfortable bed. Although it's self-check-in, the staff are available on phone and text and very helpful. Continental breakfast hamper and fridge in room were a nice bonus.”
