”A very pleasant stay in the hearth of the city. The room was lovely plus a kitchenette was a life saver during the trip. Morning breakfast was excellent and the staff was very, very welcoming. All in all it was an excellent trip and for sure I would choose this hotel again when I’m coming back to Birmingham.”

”Excellent location when arriving by train. Aparthotel was nice, rooms in good condition. Lots of construction areas but no noise to rooms (surprise)!!!

”Good location, walking distance from the city centre and many restaurants/pubs nearby. Basic clean and condition. Thin walls could hear everything. We chose compact room but didn’t expect it to be so compact that you can shower sitting on the toilet😒 there was no room for luggage and not even a hook to hang hand towels.
