”Convenient to UAB, quiet, nice clean rooms. I would have booked at this hotel again if the price for one night had not doubled one week after my initial stay. For that reason, I booked another hotel in a safer part of town that was also convenient to UAB and exceeded my expectations for the price.”

”The gentlemen out front attending to cars were very helpful. The attendant checking people in was not as welcoming. His demeanor didn’t ruin my overall experience. It was just off putting right when I walked in the door.”

”Staff were amazing! However, the elevators were not working our entire stay. Also, there was no trash can in the bathroom along with a burnt out light bulb and leaky toilet. Housekeeping did not show up so we were out of coffee pods and bottled water. With all that said I would give them another try solely on how friendly the hotel staff was!”

”The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The air condition was not working properly and the coffee maker was broken. The restaurant downstairs did not have any glasses or ice. The waiter was nice but was not prepared to serve customers. The coffee shop did not have any cream or lids for the coffee and we’re not prepared to serve customers. Overall, the hotel is nice And the staff is friendly, but the restaurants are not recommended.”

”i was harassed twice at my motel while waiting to get picked up which was so awful and terrifying did not feel safe at this motel at alll. would not stay here again”

”First I want to say that the staff was wonderful. The lady at the front desk, the gentlemen that works valet, and the restaurant staff are all top notch. The hotel is old, the elevator sounds like it's going to break, and the automatic doors don't work at the front of the hotel. The room was large and spacious, but there was a basket of trash from the former guest in our room, the refrigerator doesn't work, and there was trash under our bed- the rooms aren't thoroughly cleaned between guests....
